Dream Meet Determination

Artist Meron and sponsors at the ribbon-cutting

Young artist  Meron Zecarias opened his art exhibition “Dream Meet Determination”  on Friday, February 8, 2008 at Casa Degli Italia. The art exhibition was sponsored with a grant by U.S Embassy Asmara. Co-sponsors included the Casa degli Italia, Lufthansa and the Alliance Francaise. The sponsors and artist opened the exhibit with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and congratulatory remarks to the artist.

Mr. Zecarias thanked the sponsors and noted that without their help this exhibition would not have been realized. He noted that such support is an encouragement to all aspiring artists.

The exhibition will run at the Casa degli Italia through Wednesday, February 13, 2008.
