Education: Bachelor Degree of Law, Diploma in Commercial Maturity. General Practice: Civil, penal. Commercial, special fiscal labor in general and occasionally maritime law. Work Experience: Civil Servant for 38.5 Years with different government departments in various responsible positions. Languages: Spoken and written: Tigrigna, English, Italian and Amharic. Spoken only: Arabic, Tigre and Saho but not Fluently.

Corp. as Personnel Manager. Succeeded in the Examination to practice law on January 22, 1958. From 1972 until now practiced civil law most cases dealing with civil status cases.
