On June 14-15, the Eritrean National Association for the Deaf (ERINAD) held the second in a series of workshops sponsored by the U.S. Embassy to educate hearing-impaired individuals in Asmara about their legal rights and discuss other issues affecting the full integration of deaf citizens into society. The latest workshop featured expert speakers from the National Union of Eritrean Women and the Ministry of Justice and focused specifically on the legal rights of women in Eritrea.
