E-version of the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)

Voters may also use the electronic PDF version of the FPCA (see below). The FPCA may be mailed to local election officials through the international mail (with appropriate postage), or voters can print out the postage-paid mailing label (see below), affix it to an envelope, and have the U.S. Embassy send it through official mail. Both the electronic FPCA and postage-paid envelope template are available at www.fvap.gov.
